Our client had purchased a large property in Usk, Wales, with beautiful grounds but little character inside. Having spent years living in Dubai, they wanted that same sense of luxury and warmth translated into a British setting — rich, considered, and completely bespoke.

The main challenge was the layout. The existing configuration needed a fundamental rethink, so working alongside a local architecture practice we reconfigured the internal spaces and planned the extensions from the ground up. Full 3D visualisations were produced so the client could see exactly how the finished spaces would look before a single wall was touched.
