Our client had purchased a large UK property with beautiful grounds but little character inside. Having lived in Dubai, they wanted that same sense of luxury and warmth translated into a British setting. Rich, considered, and completely bespoke.

The main challenge was the layout. Working alongside a local architecture practice, we reconfigured the internal spaces and planned the extensions, producing 3D visualisations to bring the vision to life before a single wall was touched.

The result was a home that finally matched the quality of its setting.
