A UK head office in Chester: open floors, untapped capacity, and a growing business that had outgrown its space. Good foundations, but a layout that wasn’t working hard enough for the people in it.

The brief was to rethink the ground floor and part of the first, creating enough additional workspace to grow the team by more than 50%, while bringing in new brands alongside the existing ones, without the space feeling pulled in different directions.

New meeting and breakout areas, desking, joinery, flooring, graphics, and finishes were were designed, specified and procured, building a fully branded environment that feels cohesive rather than pieced together.
